Delivery

We normally carry Sunzappers from stock and send the majority of orders the same, or next working day. Orders will normally be sent by Royal Mail 1st class post. We reserve the right to amend the delivery service where appropriate to ensure the value and service to customers.

Warranty

Sunzappers are supplied with a 12 month manufacturer's warranty. Alroma Distribution Ltd does not extend or supplement this warranty in any way.

Order Cancellation

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you may choose to cancel an order within 7 working days. Please note however, that you will be liable for the cost of return to us, and all product must be handled with reasonable care (ie. in as new condition). Product not in as new condition may be subject to a handling charge.

Order Acceptance

By completing and submitting the electronic order form you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Upon completion of the online order process, you will be sent an acknowledgement of order. This acknowledgement of order confirms our receipt of your offer to purchase only and does not indicate our acceptance of the order.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. This legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
